Hi. I’m Ethan, I run a cooking channel called Cook with E, but this is my personal channel where I’m going to make videos on things that aren’t directly related to food.

I’m living in Mexico City for 35 days, but I thought it would be interesting to document my impressions for the first 24 hours in Ciudad de Mexico, good or bad, and see how they change after 34 days, so here they are.
