We’re beyond happy we came to Mexico City – this place is amazing! In saying that, Mexico City is huge and this video and our experience so far is purely based in Roma Norte & La Condesa alone… but it makes sense now why so many people said not to miss this place while we travel in Mexico.
Mexico City has different reports online about the amount of people, but its in the 20 million range, so theres a ridiculous amount of neighbourhoods and less safe areas. We’re staying in Roma Norte after doing a lot of research, La Condesa was the other potential option, but we knew we wanted to explore both.
Today we took a free walking tour that luckily explores both Roma Norte and Condesa — 2 incredibly cool and surprising neighbourhoods that feel very safe. We’ll be sharing a video soon taking about safety in Mexico and how we felt, along with answering a bunch of other questions.
